Listview image and text scroll lagging

I am using listview image and text and it usually shows slowly.
It lags for scrolling. It happens even though I only show less than 10 items.
Is there any way to solve this problem?

I searched this problem on this community and I found someone says about this problem several month ago. I hope someone solve this problem now.
