Lock screen or app launch after unlock

Can somebody help me with making an app that will be launched after screen unlock or the app itself will be the lock screen? Thanks.

Reading phone settings is not fair. You can set/create own pattern but should not try to get phone lock pattern unless you are registered

I don’t want to see the phone’s lock code but I want either to create my own lockscreen app or to launch my app automatically after phone unlock.
