Hello Kodular Experts,

I am working on a professional field utility app in Kodular and looking for paid help. I want to hire someone who can create .aia project files for my requirements.

  1. Overdue Collection Module
  • Load customer list (Google Sheets / Airtable backend) with fields: Name, Amount Due, Due Date, Status.
  • Actions: Collect Payment (amount, mode, remark), Add Follow-up (date & notes).
  • Customer details page with Contact buttons (Call / WhatsApp).
  • Filter: Today’s Follow-ups / Upcoming / All.
  1. Sales Leads Module
  • Load leads list with: Lead Name, Interest, Status, Next Follow-up Date.
  • Actions: Add Follow-Up (date, remark), Change Status (New → Interested → Closed).
  • Reminder system for today & upcoming follow-ups.
  1. Service Complaints Module
  • Load tickets: Ticket ID, Customer, Issue, Status.
  • Actions: Start Job (In Progress), Complete Job (Resolved with photo/signature).
  • Filters: Open / In Progress / Resolved.

  • Login system with agent permissions (access_overdue / access_sales / access_service).
  • Dashboard shows modules based on permissions.
  • Search & Filter in every module.
  • Google Sheets (or Airtable) integration for backend.
  • Offline caching (TinyDB) + Sync.
  • WhatsApp reminder button, direct call button.
  • OTP confirmation for service closure (if possible).
