The permission was rejected when it was installed.
Reinstall and accept the permissions.
i did it but when someone sign up this message show again
If your user is getting that error, they are saying NO to the original request. That request asks about:
PHONE CALLS
READ PHONE STATUS AND IDENTITY
If they say no to this, then they will get the error.
