I recently published my App to playstore with inapp purchases in it. But when I’m trying to make an inapp purchase via my mobile, it is showing this error. But purchases on other apps are going through successfully.

I’m using this Inapp Billing extension
Make sure your payment method is working properly. Also, Clear cache of Google Play Store and Google Play Services. If it is not fixed then remove the google account and again add the same google account. I don’t think this is the problem of the extension.

But when I try to buy anything from other Apps, That is working fine. 
I tried on another mobile phone and it shows same error. 
you should use this, i never faced any issue with this

But it is not using latest library. Do you have App in Playstore is it working for you right now without any issues?

How do you fix a declined payment on Android?
To fix these errors, try the following steps:
- Make sure your card & address information is up to date.
