after open and close another screen, the notifier dialogs don’t show.

I can see, When Button1 clicked, dismiss custom dialog! Is your Custom dialog visible until one click on Button1? 
I am also having this problem when closing a screen, the notifier dialog does not work. I think it has something to do with web connectivity. In my app, all screens use the web to connect to my database.

You have to set block when screen initialize do show notifier custom dialogue..
