Otp login problem

Hello
My application has the option to login via OTP.
Downloading and installing the APK file from this codular platform of my application and logging in with OTP comes OTP and also logs successfully.

While I have published the same application on the Play Store. And my app has also been approved on the Play Store. But after downloading and installing the same application from Play Store, logging in with OTP does not result in OTP and cannot be logged in.

So what could be the reason behind this?
And show me if there is any solution to this.
What should I do to overcome this problem?
