Package utilities not working in android 11

I have installed WhatsApp , but returns false (same for all apps other than system apps)
blocks (2)
Do It Result: false

I cant get list of installed apps , result contains only the same app it self
(both in companion & app the same)
blocks (1)
Do It Result:(io.makeroid.companion)

Do It Result: Package not found

i don’t whether it works or not in other versions of android
