I’ll give you a hint.
You can not create a topic programmatically from app, but you can store a list of tokens in your database.

use topic when you have to send notification to a large number of users. but even I am getting notification, even if I temp unsubscribe my self?

Show blocks and screen recording of issue.

how to contact

Message me on telegram.

Does this extension still work?
Is it compatible with Firebase auth component?

And I noticed it doesn’t have blocks to send notifications. Is there any way to easily send notifications using the app or only using Firebase website?

Obviously yes.

Yes.

Using Firebase Console.

I only asked because last update was almost a year ago and I have another extension in the same situation that doesn’t work anymore.

Unfortunably 13$ is a good amount of money in my country so I will have to wait a little to buy it, specially because I don’t use Paypal anymore. I guess I will have to get a middleman to do the payment too…
Anyway, I am glad it’s you the creator of the extension. When I was a Kodular enthusiast you were one of the people I respected more in this community. It is good that this money will go to you instead of some aleatory person.

It is because I forgot to post update here.
Last it was updated in December 2024.

You can buy me a coffee as well.

It is probably a silly question but I didn’t understand.

Does this block must be initializes every time when the app initialize? Or only one time when the app is opend for the first time and never again?

Initialising once is enough, it has auto init.

Hello, I send FCM notifications from esp8266 and through your extension on the app with Kodular I receive them. The notifications are received correctly, but now I would like to create a section where to display the notifications received, unfortunately I see them as the attached photo. How can I solve it?
Thanks.

Grazie.

This is list of notifications in the form of dictionary. Key is the timestamp when notification was recieved and the value contains notification information.

Please can you show me how to do it? I have never used dictionary on kodular.

This should give you some idea.

Do check this to learn more about dictionaries.

I am trying as per above example but I can’t get it to work

Look at my blocks closely.

Could this be it?

Certainly yes.

Unfortunately it doesn’t seem to be available there is only “call Web1.JSON Text Decode”
