Just received email from Kodular they deduct $10 fees for transferring to my bank account

But in Kodular payout setting they mentioned 0.00 USD estimated fees even the actual fees to bank transfer is 4 USD

we already give 20% commission then 4$ on transfer. then why do they mention 10$ for what purpose? we receive money for lollipops only

I can’t receive any mail from kodular so far just they said give additional information address I provide them but still they can’t send payment

You have to wait for 2,3 hours they will check if the provided information matched the criteria they will release your payment

I didn’t got nor payment neither any mail regarding this. Kodular have to surely improve the Payment system, this is very bad.
