I live in 
India and I had a query as I have never received a payment from PayPal, What percentage of commission does it charge on Payment?
Does the commission differ as per the range of amount or something? I tried to browse the net but didn’t gain much clarity.
Anybody who can explain me commissions as per range of amount would be highly appreciated!
Note: 4 years ago I had received a few payments from PayPal but they were of $1 only, so there was only conversion charge deduction from USD to INR I guess. I am still unsure about PayPal’s commission for $20+ amount.
