can a non paytm user pay with all payment methods using this or it will allow only wallet and bhim upi??

The process of generating checksum is hard so think no one managed to use this well
I Have Successfully Created Checksum And Got result But Its Say mismatched.
And I Think There Is No Use Of Merchant Key???
Merchant Key Should be used in the php file

yes data is same. it think verify checksum url in your extension is wrong because in paytm ddeveloper documents there is wrong link, i think you need to change the callback url in extension.
