You want to dial the number only, right?
I hope you set the contact numbers are dynamically. So whenever user touch the number ti call, get the related phone number then use the above procedure as like, then it will open dialer to call

Show your dynamic comp creation procedure. How do you set those numbers on the labels? What is the id of that label?

When any button clicked, get the text from the related label using the clicked id

You are wrongly added the block.

Use semi colun after the tel

tel:+xxxx

Activity starter doesn’t need any permission.

If it needs just add permission and try for call
