I made a payment for my Kodular Premium subscription in August, but my Premium subscription was not renewed automatically.
I contacted Diego at diego@kodular.io, and he kindly assisted me and activated my Premium subscription.
I made another payment for the September subscription, but my Premium access has still not been activated.
It seems that Premium subscriptions are no longer being activated automatically after payment. Could a manager or someone from the support team please check my payment and activate my Premium subscription?
I would really appreciate your help.
