Delete your current icon from assets.

Upload new one and try again.

The First Time I got this error Solved by

deleting the app
and then after rebooting I Reinstalled my app

The Second time I solved it by

adding a minor change in the app package name
and then I installed it

It Generally happens when we install and uninstall our app during development`In myCase’
