The error tells you exact what is wrong.
You try to load a to big image.
No my friend I am only use under 3 MB files

In my device, 2MB is an 2560*1920 picture, it is so large.

The size mainly depends on dimensions (and colors, light, sparpness… too). If you resize an image to 48*48 it will only 1-2 KB
