i wonna stream this radio but it doesnt work

it doesnt work because i need to press PLAY on this link ?
How to fix ?

I inserted this http://www.otvoreni.hr/ea/reklame/ppintro.mp3 but this is only like their intro for radio

It is not radio, what now ?

and when i put this 146.185.165.102:80 , it does nothing
