Replace multiple text quicker

I want to replace multiple things in a text. I know that we can use multiple “Replace All Text” blocks together to achieve the same result, but is there a quicker way? Like using a list or a dictionary maybe? I have to make almost 30 replacements and using the above method makes the blocks looks ugly and inefficient. Just wondering if there is a better way with less blocks.

So this will replace item1 with the value? And global name is dummy variable or is it a list? Can this be achieved with list from csv row?
