Is it possible to reply to mail directly from kodular app?
Do you mean that your app can send e-mails, and that someone who receives this e-mail wants to reply, and their reply is sent to the app?
lets say i receive a mail in gmail app and want to reply to that mail is it possible?
Yup it’s possible by using google app script you can create your own API to send/replay to your emails… Visit appscript/gmail for more info 
has anyone made any app or tutorial about this i need some suggestions how to do it!!
i have never made this kind of app so really need help.
