Setting buttons (false, true) procedure won't work!

i have a little problem about 3 Buttons procedure (SAVE, UPDATE, DELETTE)

So when i scan product and the product existe on the database only the UPDATE and DELETTE BUTTON can be activated

But if i scan product and result is NULL mean product not exist ( Picture 1) i want only Button ( SAVE) Activated others button No
