Startapp ads problem

The app used to run startapp ads, but has stopped showing ads for a long time now. start.io ads are occupying space but ads are not loading or showing. The following error is coming

What is the schedule for updating the SDK to version 4.10.11?

What’s new? It’s been 16 days. Even if I use an extension Kodular injects the outdated skd which makes the extensions not work.
