I once had same problem and it was because of an extension.
Are you using any extensions? Have you imported any blocks.png?

Yes I had same problem while I was using the same extension and Boban helped me out.
You are using 3 extensions, none of them has been imported into the project. I have integrated these 3 extensions:
SANDHYA_PAN_INDIA_MASTER_SALES_2.aia (1.5 MB)
Now the aia opens, but the whole project seems to have been tinkered together (copied from others):
He just gave us a portion of his app, the aia is manipulated etc… So no point digging in to his issue.
