As you joined the community just now you must search for your problem. This has been asked many times.
According to error there is a problem in select item form list block. In that block you you have to pass a index of item/thing that must be present in a list.
You have to give a list input in the block that you have not given.

I tried Deleting Blocks 2 times and Started from Scratch, But it Didn’t worked out
