hi, the project apk file is not downloading what to do how can i fix the issue

After Export >> APK what happens?
Have you checked in the community if there’s any solution?
We could not generate a Build ID - NOT_VERIFIED. Please check Monetization - Kodular Docs for more info. This is the error
Have you verified your identity as indicated on the page?
And have you tried contacting them? 
Can you assist me about this error
I am receiving the following message when attempting to access my account:
“Your verification has been rejected; please contact us for more information.”
I have already completed the required steps and paid all necessary fees, so I am unsure why my verification was rejected. Kindly review my account and let me know what additional information or action is needed from my side.
Please resolve this issue as soon as possible, as it is causing delays.
