this is trolling.
You cannot be a tictactoe-“expert” because it is too easy to avoid loss, especially for a computer. Only fail is human being unconcentrated. YOu cannot win by tactic or strategy or even luck here.

until you make a mistake and loose.
in every game there is -
100% chance of a tie ( until you make a wrong move )
0% chance of wining
