Where can I set Title Bar Text Color for all screen?
It used to be white text but it is showing black text now.

It is in the blocks screen section.

Is there a way to set common setting across all screen?
Like Primary Color / Title Bar in Screen1.

No. Just add the block at initialize event on the screen you want
