UI [Notifier overlayed by scrollbar in block section ]

Describe Your Problem

     while we are on Blocks section and some notification which appear are under horizontal 
     scroll bar of block section they are rarely dismissed

Steps to Reproduce the error

     Try exporting project or save your project by navigating to `File > Save project`

Expected Behaviour

     I cannot show it but notifier must come above the scrollbar

Actual Behaviour

     Edit the code of HTML

this by default, i always prefer to type just after the Heading Not from extreme lef,t anyways i will take care

Please don’t do that, it makes us have to scroll and that’s slot of energy :joy:
