Do after successful completion of payment any fallback url is generated, I mean how will my app know that the transaction is done successfully ?
You can get result code in Activity starter event block

UPI works outside of India?. For example in Ukraine, Russia and Germany?
I know PayTM is not working. Only India 
No UPI is for india only.
For outside you can use razorpay,Paypal or any other way

I can confirm that this mathod still works and I have improved the block codes even further so the phone pay can also work in the UPI.
I also confirm that the method is still working and it is working with all PSP apps and give the response also.
