Just create a random name. Remember to enter the same channel name on the devices that will connect to the video call.

I am just wondering if it’s possible to limit the ability to create channels so that only certain people can create them and the other people just receive the code to join the video call?

Its is totally up to you how you implement it.

You would have to activate the token security option on your project dashboard in Agora and create a token generator. It is not so simple, but if you are curious, you will succeed. Follow the link that can help you.
