View photo using WebViewer

Is it possible to view a photo (.jpg) using the webviewer. For example, how would I view this file in the webviewer:

/storage/emulated/0/testphotos/somePhoto.jpg

When I try to use this in the Go To URL block or the Home URL I get nothing in the webviewer. Does the webviewer have to point to an html file?
