you mean in App Specific Directory? Do you want to Show a File List which Files are inside ASD or want to Show the image as a view? Please write more detailed

I want to create a file named bs in the phone and my files section, put a picture in it, and then show the list of pictures in this file in the application.

I would recommend to use File Extension of @Taifun - you can find it here: App Inventor Extensions: File | Pura Vida Apps
With that you can create the ASD get List of Directories and Files and with the Standard Kodular File Component you can create Directories inside the ASD.
