Web_Viewer.WebViewStringChange event / missing "value" parameter as in AI2

Is there any reason why the Web_Viewer.WebViewStringChange event has no value parameter as in AI2:

Setting WebViewString in blocks also triggers WebViewStringChange

I don’t know why it has no “value” parameter but you can use this block to get current Web View String as alternative.
