how many number of blocks per screen can we build
It depends on how optimised you code is, I already see projects that have 8000+ blocks on one screen and working fine.

Depending on how powerful your computer is you may be able to get as many as 25,000 blocks.
I created a project on my 2019 iPad and it had over 19,000 blocks and worked fine because I collapsed blocks.
