Where is the textbox underline color?

There is no underline color for the textbox. Is there any solution for that? Also I changed background color of the textbox but it is not working. Someone please give me a solution

I think its the hint or highlight color. Can you try them?

No. Not the hint color. The textbox underline color. The background color is also not working. I want to set the underline color of the textbox to black but it is not changing.
