I can not find the webviever component. Where is it?

And I want to ask, if is it possible that I use a html page that I make as text not as an asset?

It is in Layout > Views

If you don't find a component, you can use the search option in the Palette

Yes, you can do it using the Load HTML block in Web Viewer
