Why click on Collin tree list view element is not working

When i click on my collin tree list view element it is not working ,i mean my another layout is not showing this is my block

If i put on icon click block then it is perfectly woking…

Is my collin tree extension is not latest one ???
Can you please give me the Latest one extension …or there is other problem…help me please

One more option is available.
when ColinTree.ElementClick call Clock.Timer enabled true.
When Clock.timer enabled true call what you want in above list.
