Why kodular taking longer to review the ID verification

I have added ads to my app using an extension, but Kodular is not allowing me to export it. It keeps asking me to complete the verification process. I have already paid ₹1,000 and completed the ID verification. They said it would take 24 hours, but it has been longer than that.

If Kodular is introducing a verification system, they should hire someone to manage the verification process properly. And please don’t tell me to ‘send an email’—because they don’t even respond to emails.

Strange that they haven’t replied to you, did you write to support@kodular.io?
