Why my app isn't eligible for monetization?

I have sent my app for review of Facebook audience network. My app is learning book related app. I have placed very few ads on my app. But kodular hasn’t reviewd my app. What is the reason? Why cant i monetize my genuine app?

Then just upload your app to playstore because you don’t need montization approval for the apps you posted on playstore or if you will post it to other store then you have to take approval

Facebook audience network SDK is outdated anyways

Yes that’s true and due to this the ecpm and earnings are very low that much low you can’t imagine
