Why notifier not popup my custom dialog

i have added rate bar in my app but it doesn’t pop up.

Because you may not have used the Show Custom Dialogue block

Is image’s clickable property set to true from designer?

i have set when card view click show custom dialog instead of when click on image.

now its working
