Why post approval?

I just created account on kodular community and have done 2 posts but its shows waiting for approval?Why is it required and don’t it make community slow? as there are 100s of post everyday here

I think that’s because you are new posting here and haven’t made many posts so for new users who have made hardly 1 or 2 posts it first checks whether the posts are relevant or not

Because you are new, your trust level is 0.
Read more and be more active and you will eventually up to trust level 1, where your post don’t need to be approved before posting to the community.
