Will it be legal to show adsense ads in html page?

hello koders

i want to know that would it be legal according google adsense policy if i place ad in an html page in my app.
I’m going to use an html page for comments in my app so i was thinking to place adsense ads in that. can I do that?? because now a days google is being really strict so i don’t want to violate it’s policies.

ok i fount a same kind of question on adsense forum and there people said i can’t use webview for adsense apps
