A very huge problem in Makeroid

There is very huge problem in Makeroid which can never be expected
Bug is of Admob
if we change package name according to us then Ads will not displayed but we don’t change package name then ad displayed
if i use com.package name
please solve this problem
i have to update my app made in thunkable to Makeroid
