I have seen some shopping app that content affiliate links.

can I make these types of app ,upload in plays store and monitize.?
if that website is your own then you can make, but if you dont own that website then you cant. and if you own any website and wants to make webview app of that, then monetize your website, not app.
I know a lot of users here are just here to make money. That’s why they think about the money making first and not about a quality app that they can make. So think about something that can make a difference for users and not about something that is already around. Then if you have a great app add some banners if you like and you will earn your money.
