Do I still need to get Approval from kodular after uploading my app to Playstore?

You won’t need approval for your ads if you downloaded it from google play, else you will need an approval to upload it to another stores / test it as apk.

I mean, if I upload my app to the Play Store, my app will start getting ads.

Yes, it will display ads if you downloaded from play store, else it won’t unless you request approval
