I have an app on the Google Play store, but I haven’t been approved to run ads. Why?

Did you got a dialog in your app that your app isn’t approved to test ads.Or that happened on my.kodular.io
Also,are you testing the app that downloaded from play store or apk?

If you publish your app on Google play store, you don’t need to approve your application.

When I open the game now, I am not asked to confirm, but when I enter the project, it is written that it was not approved.
Are you sure the app is download from play store and not from apk file.
If download from from apk then it show that message.
