I have already published my app on google play store. Do I have to apply for approval, too?

No need for approval if you install the app from PlayStore.

I already applied for approval :frowning: now when I download the apk for testing it says “you didnt get approved” or sth like that. I think I have to wait for approval.

Yeah, you have to wait until staff approves your app for monetization.
