An update from Kodular Team

Yes please try to put efforts on one signal extension, if not than you can do as your choice, we will surely accept your decisions.

I’ve managed to run OneSignal’s latest SDK on my local AI2 instance, so I know it’s doable. If you’re facing issues upgrading to the newer version in Kodular, I can put in the effort to make it work. But just a heads-up—it won’t be free. :winking_face_with_tongue:

If you’re open to alternatives like Firebase Push Notifications, that could be an option too. Let me know what works for you.

Could you please add supabase or appwrite support. Thanks

I am not sure how different it is to implement Onesignal latest SDK as component from an extension.

I have been doing this for more than a year so I am unable to understand the issue.

Just putting it out there: the Firebase Authentication component seems to have spontaneously imploded. Previously compiled apps with the component just flatlined and no longer authenticate, and new compilations fail with d8. Please look into it if this is an SDK deprecation issue.

I agree with @Kanishka_Developer that this needs to be checked, just the app that doesn’t work for me has firebase authentication. There is a good chance that is what is generating the D8 error.

That’s a different issue.

@pavi2410 can you also publish the new companion on app center too

App Center is shutting down this month. We will be finding an alternative.

when can this bug be solved?

Companion Bug: Not Responding When Importing Extension - #5 by Still-learning. I am still unable to use companion with single extension. Imagine our situation. Still find no solution, everytime have to test with apk or with different builders

try using older version of kodular companion App Center

You can create a GitHub Repository where you can push releases (APK) of the Companion via the release page (without reveal the source code of the companion, just a README file to explain the purpose of the repo)

In the next update please make Video Player play videos by url again and not just playing videos from assets

Please start a new thread in category Feedback > Bugs and provide all necessary information including some relevant blocks and a test project to elicit the issue
Then we also can add it into the bug list at Kodular Bugs Tracker

the companion is still not updated in the play store, how about this @pavi2410 ?

Should be released now
