App Automatically close after splash screen

My app is closing without any warning. I have done the splash screen and home screen. but whenever i open the app. splash screen is working properly but after the splash screen my app close automatically.

I used some extension on the home screen. So, i think the problem might be with extension blocks. Also, my app is working on live test, but not showing any image from airtable. I used custom listview to show images from airtable.

I’m Following this aia
Vid_Status.aia (2.6 MB)

This is my aia
haryanvidance(1).aia (646.1 KB)

Here are my blocks
