No, it’s not possible with AppInventor. You either need to write manifest manually or wait till AppInventor introduces activity-alias tag besides Activities. To know the answer you should search on Google.I just did that and explanations were satisfactory.

Short Answer

No, Kodular (and any App Inventor–based platform) does not currently allow changing the actual app icon dynamically after installation — Android restricts it for security and consistency reasons.
