App keeps crashing after update

Hello,
App works fine in companion except for some minor issue when using it. I tested my app on companion it works fine, but when I packaged the APK it keeps crashing.

try to clear cache of the companion, or you app itself, or uninstall the existing app and re install the new change packaged name.

I lunched the app on play store, is it that when user’s download the app they have to be clearing cache, ?

But some user’s will uninstall the app if the app keeps crashing.

As long you uploaded the new updated version of your apk, it wont need t them to clear cache, unless they have the older version, it will cause some error in you device
